• 1 lb shredded or chopped up corned beef
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cans of Bavarian sauerkraut, drained
  • 3 cups shredded or diced up Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • Mini rye bread loaf, sliced
  • Thousand Island Dressing

Put corned beef, sauerkraut (well drained. drain in the can, then maybe even dry it off on paper towels), mayo, and cheese into the crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours. Once it’s done, spoon it on to the little rye bread pieces and top with a dollop of the dressing. Yum! If you want to get extra fancy, put the bread slices on a cookie sheet, spray them with a little butter, and pop them in the oven for a bit first.
