- 1 pkg. beef cubes
- 1 can of beef stock
- 4 medium to large Yukon Gold potatoes (cubed)
- 4 large carrots (cubed)
- 1/2 thinly sliced sweet onion
- 2 peeled whole garlic cloves
Flour the beef cubes and brown them in a skillet. Drain them once they are brown on all sides. Put all the ingredients in the crock pot. Pour in the beef stock. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, adding water if needed. Season to taste. Serve with warm dinner rolls.
